Request data deletion

How to request deletion of your Numeva data

App: Numeva: Numerology & Life Path · Developer: Oops Apps Studio · Last updated: August 21, 2026

Step by step

  1. Open your email app.
  2. Write to [email protected].
  3. Put Data deletion request in the subject line.
  4. In the message, tell us the store you bought from (Google Play or the App Store) and the approximate date of your purchase. If you never bought anything, just say so.
  5. Send it. We reply to confirm once the deletion is done.

No account, password, or ID is needed — Numeva has no accounts.

What gets deleted

Your purchase record. When you buy a subscription or a one-time unlock, the transaction is processed by our payment provider (RevenueCat) together with Google or Apple, and stored against an anonymous identifier the app generates on your device. It is not linked to your name or email, because Numeva never asks for either. On request we delete this record.

Timing: deleted within 30 days of your request, usually within a few days.

What you delete yourself, without asking us

Everything else Numeva knows about you never leaves your phone: your date of birth, your name, saved people, journal entries, readings and settings all live in the app's own storage on the device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it immediately. There is no copy on any server, so there is nothing for us to delete and nothing to ask for.

What we cannot delete, and how long it is kept

Store transaction records held by Google and Apple. Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of purchases, refunds and taxes. These belong to them, not to us, and are kept under their retention rules — we have no way to remove them. See Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.

Email you send us. We keep support correspondence for up to 12 months so we can follow up on a bug you reported, then delete it. Ask us in the same message and we will delete the correspondence sooner.

One thing to know before you ask

Deleting the purchase record also removes our ability to restore your purchase on a new phone. Your subscription itself is managed by Google Play or the App Store — cancel it there, not here. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not delete data.
