These terms apply to the Numeva mobile application and to numeva.app (together, “Numeva”). By installing or using Numeva you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Numeva is for reflection and entertainment. It is not advice. Your data stays on your device. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, and you cancel or refund through them, not through us.
Numeva calculates numerology readings from a date of birth and a name, and presents interpretive texts written by us. It is offered for entertainment and personal reflection only.
Numeva is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and it does not predict future events. No outcome is promised or implied. Decisions about your health, money, relationships, or work are yours alone, and you should consult a qualified professional where one is appropriate. Numerology is not a science, and we make no claim that it is.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Numeva.
Numeva has no accounts and no server for your readings. The date of birth, name, journal entries, and saved profiles you enter stay on your device. Details are in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app deletes it. We cannot recover it for you. Purchases are restorable; content you typed is not.
Numeva is free to install. Some features are paid, sold as:
All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, never by us. We never see or store your card details.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Prices vary by country and may change. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and where the stores require it you will be asked to accept a change before it takes effect.
Refunds are handled by the store that took your payment, under its own policy: Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through Google Play. We cannot issue, reverse, or promise a refund on their behalf. If something in the app is broken, write to us anyway — we would rather fix it.
The lifetime purchase unlocks the paid features of Numeva for as long as Numeva exists and is distributed on the store you bought it from. It is not a promise that the app will exist forever, and it does not cover a different app we might publish later.
The texts, calculations, design, name, and logo of Numeva belong to us. Using the app grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it — nothing more.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Numeva, including individual features. If we remove a paid feature you already own outright, we will say so in the release notes.
Numeva is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from decisions you make after reading it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country — where such law gives you more, that law wins.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Numeva after a change means you accept it.
